The house is located on a site with 3. 200m ² near the beach Jeribucaçu (considered the most beautiful beach of Itacare) and has 150m ² of built area on 02 floors, all tiled and accommodates fairly cold comfort 06-10 people (upon request).
The lower floor has 02 bedrooms, 01 bathroom complete with electric shower, living room and dining well wide with 02 tables and 10 chairs, sofa, satellite TV, full kitchen, laundry area and garage for up to 02 cars.
The upper floor has 01 suites pretty big (bathroom without bath) and 02 balconies overlooking the Atlantic (front and back).

It is 8km from the city center and 2km of dirt road and 6km road asphalt road.
We have a facilitator who lives next door and provide full assistance to guests as needed.
Access to the beach Jeribucaçu can be done in 02 ways:
Option 01 - Walk for about 30 minutes from the house to the beach.
Option 02 - Driving into the parking lot and a 1km walk to the beach for 15 minutes up the trail.
