Also within easy reach are the Cocoa, Daytona and Tampa beaches.
This clean, spacious single storey 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is newly furnished to offer all the convenience and comforts of your own home. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, a breakfast nook, and two family/sitting rooms. There is one king, two queen, one full and two twin size beds to accommodate a big family or even two families travelling together.
Each of the five bedrooms is attractively furnished with comfortable beds and equipped with lighted ceiling fans, LCD flat panel televisions and alarm clocks. Master king-size bedroom offers an ensuite bath (separate garden tub and shower) and private access to the pool deck. Two queen bedrooms share full size bath with large shower, and the full and twin-bed bedrooms share the third full bath with tub/shower. All bedrooms offer ample storage and the house is centrally air-conditioned.
The fully equipped kitchen has cookware/dinnerware, blender, toaster, coffee-maker, and everything you could want to enjoy cooking holiday meals. There is a breakfast nook for those long lazy breakfasts, and a formal dining room for entertaining. Convenient gas grill offers the BBQ option.
The elegant formal sitting area and the additional family room with comfortable seating offer lots of tastefully decorated lounging space and a 51” LCD TV with free Netflix films and a DVD player. Also included are high speed internet with Wi-Fi and home phone with free calling to USA, Puerto Rico and Canada. Both the sitting rooms offer glass patio door access to the spectacular pool and all exits to pool have alarms.
Enjoy an early morning coffee or a late evening glass of wine in the shaded lanai or relax in the sun on the deck of the screened-in, extra-large heated Pool with bubbling Spa! There is lots of seating for everyone from sun loungers to wicker bench and a dining set to enjoy your dinner by the lighted pool. Pool area overlooks a serene view of backyard/conservation area with orange and palm trees. There is direct access from pool area to one of the baths. The house has been fully equipped with all linens and towels needed for your vacation. Other amenities included are washer, dryer, iron/ironing board and hair dryers in each bath.
Within walking distance are the tennis courts, basketball court and children’s play area.
