THE LAST WEEK OF AUGUST JUST BECAME AVAILABLE!

This cape style home is almost done being renovated and will be ready for the 2013 season. Our guests will enjoy central air conditioning upon their return from the beach or shopping!

The newly renovated kitchen opens to both the living and dining spaces, designed for gathering and entertaining. A deck with new gas grill and dining table is located off the kitchen. For those rainy days and cozy nights, the family room has a 50' HDTV and BluRay/DVD player. There is a 40' HDTV in the loft. Wireless internet is available for those who just can't disconnect.

Two bedrooms are also located on the first floor - master with king bed, TV and adjoining full bath; and a queen with an adjoining full bath. Upstairs boasts a loft for reading or watching TV, as well as a queen bedroom and a twin (2) bedroom that share a full bath.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of Madaket - much of this part of the island is protected by the Nantucket Land Preservation Association so you will see unobstructed views of rolling, natural landscape. Miles of bike trails are just around the corner, as well as walking and running trails. Several wonderful beaches are just a few minutes from the front door. The historic town is a 10 minute drive away and is filled with fabulous shops and excellent restaurants. Be sure to visit the Whaling Museum!

'Tucked Away' in Madaket :) Family Room 50' HDTV with BluRay view of dining room and family room from kitchen I bought this whale right after we bought the house in October! Awesome recycling cabinet! Nantucket is very strict about recycling ;) love the pot rack! Master bedroom - king bed New and improved Master Bathroom :) first floor hall bath - also attached to secondary master bedroom. queen - second master on first floor second floor queen room - we've added a comfy chair for you! :) second floor twin bedroom The 'Sail Loft' sans sail.... View from the street - and this is how we came up with the name of the house! Famous Madaket sunset at Madaket Beach Welcome Home! This is a very basic floor plan for the house. New outdoor shower! Shower - big shelf for toiletries ;) outdoor shower changing area
