About Owners

Jim Mackey purchased the villa together with Dennis Hoffman to enjoy as a vacation home and rent as an investment. Jim and Dennis grew up in Saratoga Springs, NY and now live in Massachusetts and New Jersey, respectively, with their wives and children.

Why Owners chose Roatan

There are only seven Beach Villas at Pristine Bay, and only four of those are directly on the beach. Of those four, our unit is the largest and the closest to the beach.

Pristine Bay is a one of a kind development on Roatan, and Beach Villa 0101 is a one of a kind property at Pristine Bay. From our villa, you can take advantage of all that Pristine Bay offers (beach club, tennis, golf, diving, etc) while looking out over your own pool and private beach mere steps from the Western Caribbean.
