This dog friendly 2 BR 2 BA plus office is simply your home away from home in the sought after Village of Belvedere. This home is nestled in the heart of the villages, in between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing located in close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, night live entertainment, and rec centers. Sunnyside Up has so much to offer. You enjoy time spent on the extended enclosed lanai w/HVAC system or outdoors on your back porch w/enclosed birdcage w/BBQ.
Additionally, you can use all the amenities that The Villages has to offer including numerous golf courses, pickleball courts, and pools galore.

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
