We were very pleased on arrival to find the condo as described and furnished beyond expectations down to toothpicks and "Post-Its." How thoughtful of Laurie to anticipate all the details. She must love to shop as it's all there. Possibly the the first renters since a refurbishment we encountered a couple of items which needed correcting. Laurie had Eddie the Handyman on the job immediately taking care of a slow draining tub, and a sliding patio door needing new rollers. Across the Parkway were the Mall, Library and Costco. Perhaps within :05 were at least 15 restaurants of all descriptions. A large city park a block away is a perfect for strolling about, and watching youth sports in the evenings. Access to the enormous Phoenix Mountain Park and its many trails is a :15 drive. Shade from the trees lining the Parkway, and particularly one near the patio were most welcome on warmer days. Everyone would have our recommendation for a stay here, and having enjoyed it so much we've reserved a two month space for 2014.
