BEACHFRONT HOUSE, 20MTS ABOVE SEA LEVEL, BEST SUNSETS OF JOSE IGNACIO

I first came to José Ignacio when I was in my mother’s woom, my father had been going there since he was a Little boy, when José Ignacio was just sand, rocks , grass and there were a few little houses and cottages. It was just a fisher’s town, it was my father’s shelter in his youth and while I was growing up It became my shelter too. We used to go in the weekends with my family when I was little, then I used to go with my friends, and later with my own family.

My father gave me as a present the house, it was a little place made of wood, we built a deck and we opened a restaurant, then we built a bigger house and restaurant and year by year it became a very top restaurant. Then I decided to retire and put an end on it because I wanted to spend more time with my family, friends, and also to travel, rest and enjoy my house with no stress.

I chose living in this special and unique place because it has some magic you can only explain after breathing its pure air, feeling the wind in your face while walking on its awesome beaches, I also realize it’s the only place where its energy is so calm that I sleep less and rest more than in other places I’ve been, and last but not least, you can see the best sunsets you’ve ever seen. Besides it’s a very safety place, my children grew up in a healthy and peaceful atmosphere, enjoying freedom and nature, learning to love the environment and taking care of it, riding their bikes, playing outside all day long with our dogs and going to the beach or the square on their own, that’s I believe, the best gift I’ve ever given them. That, and fresh and healthy food, I love fishing and cooking, I have my own organic farm at home and I go fishing whether to the beach or I take my motorboat and go to the high seas. Our house is 15 mts over the sea and also over the fisher’s port of José Ignacio, so if you want fresh fish you’ve got it really close.

I could say many things about why this place is unique and I did said before but I think I should say again the view is a perfect picture evehe same sun set everyday, and everyday it's a different picture, I've never seen twice t or the same view, every day is a new horizon, literally.
