A modern spacious suite with natural light and views over Port Phillip Bay this luxury accommodation is perfect for short breaks, executive / family rentals or holiday accommodation.

Ideal for visiting Melbourne, Accomodation features include a modern equipped kitchen with an open plan into a contemporary dinning and lounge area elegantly furnished for relaxation, dining and enjoyment during your luxury stay. Comes complete with TV, Foxtel (we provide the basic package and will upgrade on request), DVD plus a mini stereo system.

This contemporary Elsternwick apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The spacious master bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and extra bedding can be provided on request. Both bedrooms house super comfortable beds and the best quality linen along with Built in Robes. It has internal windows only. Other apartment amenities include European laundry, undercover parking, security entrance and lift access.

Elsternwick is a popular inner bayside suburb and Glenhuntly Rd, only 100m from the apartment, is a great spot for cafe’s, public transport and shopping. Many recreational parks and gardens can be found in the local area and include Elsternwick public golf course and St Kilda and Elwood’s extensive beach foreshore reserve. Getting to and from Melbourne Airport and the accommodation will take approximately 35 minutes. Melbourne holiday rentals or extended stays don’t come better that this luxury apartment.
