Beachside Cottage is on a beautiful oceanfront property. The peaceful setting is a quiet enclave of three small houses that’s just a short walk or bike ride from the village.

Grill up some fresh fish by the ocean and eat it under the stars at the picnic table or stroll to town to sample local favorites at one of the excellent Village restaurants. Enjoy an evening drink on the veranda gazing out over the ocean or up at the stars. Swim and fish off the dock in the calm protected waters inside the Belize barrier reef.

The house has been recently renovated and beautiful Belizean hardwood floors and ceiling have been added throughout the cottage.

About The Owner

Dave and Noelle love the Country of Belize and the island of Caye Caulker! They escape the freezing Minnesota Winters to scuba dive and snorkel the barrier reef. The laid back, relaxed vibe of Caye Caulker fits them perfectly. Their dog Rudy loves the island life as well!

Belize has the second largest barrier reef in the world. The snorkeling and diving are amazing and Caye Caulker has guides that can take you out for an afternoon snorkel or fulloy certify you in scuba diving. The fishing is great whether you want to throw a line off the dock or chater a fishing boat and guide. Nearbye Ambergris Caye and the town of San Pedro has more upscale shopping and dining. It's a quick water taxi ride away so you can visit but stay in this peaceful setting.

Wonderful Cottage

Spent 6 days here. Wonderful place. Wonderful location. Wonderful owner who lives next door. Neighbors on other side were Will and Jane. Pretty much had beach to ourselves. Long pier out front you can snorkel and swim from. Airport is right behind you but no noise. We flew in and out from Belize City so the location was perfect. Walked to the airport! Can't beat that! Bicycles come with the place and we rode every day. Only way to get get around. Well you can call a golf cart but the bicycles were great.
