The area one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Aruba and is very safe and very conveniently located for visitors to get to all the popular attractions. It's a stay you will never forget - we guarantee it!
Whether you spend the day on the beach, cruising on a catamaran or traveling the island, you'll come home to a beautiful villa of your very own.
There's no shortage of fun things to do in Aruba, but some of the best things aren't promoted or even talked about. It's a mystery even to us, but we've done it all and we share it exclusively with our guests in our recently released 'Top 10 Cool Things To Do In Aruba That Nobody Is Talking About.'
It will turn an otherwise great vacation into an amazing one. We guarantee it. Only our guests can experience the island in all its majesty and can see and experience many things they would have otherwise missed. You will not get this from any other vacation rental in Aruba... except ours.
Every travel website, hotel and tourism guide is going to promote the same ten or twelve tourist attractions that make Aruba famous, like Baby Beach, the Divi-Divi Trees, the Natural Bridge and the Natural Pool. If you've never seen them then maybe you should, but there's more... so much more. And you need not miss the ordinary to experience the extraordinary!
With our 'Top 10 Cool Things To Do In Aruba That Nobody Is Talking About' you will not only get to see all the things that people usually talk about but you be able to see and experience all the great things that NOBODY is talking about. And it's only available to our guests! So it's just another reason why staying at one of our 5-star properties will help make your vacation extraordinary!
We have been visiting Aruba, the most revisited island in the Caribbean for nearly a decade. It's the beauty, safety and friendliness of this island paradise that sparked our interest in investing there... and oh yeah, it's out of the hurricane belt.
We're from Pennsylvania, but have been renting property in Aruba for over 8 years and continue to grow our portfolio of rentals homes because we love the business of 'vacations'.
Through this listing and listings on VRBO and and other rental websites, in addition to our own websites, we have made the process of renting as easy as possible for our guests, who we know are just looking for an affordable vacation in a great location without a lot of aggravation. The rates you see are the rates you pay. We don't tack on added taxes, cleaning fees or utility surcharges, like many rentals.
We try to keep it simple, and our success shows in our reviews. The reviews that have been been made by past guests of our properties reflect their experience with us, with their stay at our property and with Aruba. They are listed not only on our website but on public rental websites and they speak for themselves. In fact, we have the most total number of reviews on HomeAway and VRBO, the world's largest rental websites, which is more than any other rental on the island. We encourage you to check us out at the website link listed below or learn more about us on our Linked-In page (because you should know who you are renting from) or shoot us an e-mail and ask away. We'd be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about traveling to Aruba or about our properties. I think you will find our properties to be the best value around. That is why we use the word GUARANTEE!
Well, life is short so be sure to use one week of it in Aruba!
Mike and Kimberlie
Michael purchased this house in 2012
This property, which we call Aruba Escape, Aruba is particularly special to us because it is near the world famous Eagle Beach and is also close to Palm Beach. From Aruba Escape, you can spend the day at the beach, snorkeling, out shopping, driving through the national park or just touring the island and then can come home to your relaxing, comfortable and inviting home, with great living space inside and out and a beautiful blue pool to enjoy a swim before dinner or a night out on the town. Being between the two most popular beaches in Aruba gives you the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the quiet, uncrowded beaches of Eagle Beach by day and the nighttime hotspots of Palm Beach at night.
Aruba Escape is a house like no other in the Eagle and Palm Beach area. Besides the great features of the Caribbean-style home, the house is in a million-dollar neighborhood that is quiet and backs up to a park area. There is one continuous road in and out and almost no traffic.
There has a private master bedroom, with its own ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The home has a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining and a large great room that looks out over the covered patio and garden . The patio garden features a round covered patio and open sun patio around the beautiful pool, a barbecue grill, lounge chairs and beach chairs.
There is no other house like it in the area. We are sure you will love it as much as we do!
We stayed at Palm Beach Escape and can't wait to go back. The house was so comfortable. It had everything we needed. We had coffee out on the patio each morning and cocktails at night. We spent many days on the sunny beaches in white sand, just a brief walk away. They even supplied us beach chairs and a cooler! We got a palapa (big straw umbrella) on the beach and we just took in the beauty, the sun, breezes and a few pina coladas. Their is service right on the beach! There was plenty for the kids to do along the beach and beach walk (like a boardwalk) and in the general area. Everyone had fun. Restaurants were great and Mike was a great help with any information or tips along the way. He also provided us with a great map, smartphone app and a restaurant discount card. We had it all. Booking for next December already!
What an enjoyable vacation. Home was wonderful - just as described. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Super close to grocery store, Eagle and Palm Beach and not far from everywhere we wanted to do. Will need to rent a car to see as much as possible. Very easy island to drive on. The house was everything we could have asked for. Great location, very clean and comfortable, safety never a concern, and the little addons like a cooler and beach chairs were great. Had the best time connecting with each other over breakfast at the outdoor table and planning our day. Thank you Micheal for providing a fantastic home for us to enjoy. Would not hesitate for a moment in recommending Micheal's home or staying at again.
This past December we stayed at the house known as Aruba Escape, just before staying a week at Palm Beach Sunset Villa.ape. Both houses are owned and managed by Mike. I wrote a review (5 stars) for each. Mike was extremely helpful and was a great resource for rental car information, information about travel and all the different activities there is to do and see in Aruba. He even provided us with a Top 10 list of must-do activities and a restaurant and attraction guide.
His house, the subject of this review which he calls Aruba Escape, was perfect for us. It was in a million-dollar neighborhood close to Palm Beach but even closer to Eagle Beach. We spent almost every day at Eagle Beach then came back and enjoyed to beautiful pool at the house. The lounges for the pool and the beach chairs Mike provides guests for the beach were very comfortable. Usually when we rent those things are afterthoughts for most owners (junk), but Mike clearly pays attention to detail at his properties. It was just my wife there for a pre-holiday vacation and it was a great one. We had the place to ourselves, but as advertised this house could easily accommodate 10-12 people. We didn’t understand how a house that could sleep 12 would not be too big for just us, but it wasn’t. It fit us perfectly. So I would strongly recommend it for couples looking for a romantic getaways as well as family vacations.
The pool was great and very private. The water was warm, even at night. The covered patio was great for hanging out, eating and reading. We picked our own coconuts (off the ground) and enjoyed mangos that were juicy and delicious. The kitchen was large and well equipped and there was a full size washer and dryer for laundry.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved Aruba Escape and loved Aruba. We look forward to going back and are talking about dates already. It will definitely be at one of Mike’s homes (he has three), if they are available. We also submitted another review for our stay in his house known as Palm Beach Sunset Villa, which was another great experience.

This was a perfect place for our family to relax and unwind! We rented a car and used the cooler and beach chairs provided to spend the days on the beach, sunning and snorkeling. Then we would return and lounge by the pool, grill out and enjoy the evening breeze on the patio. There were six adults and we had plenty of room.
I really appreciated all the help Michael gave me prior to the trip. He answered all my emails promptly and his recommendations made the trip all the more enjoyable. I wish we could have stayed longer!
The house was awesome! Location was perfect, close to everything. The house was clean, accommodated all of us very well. We enjoyed our stay very much and had everything we needed there! The island is beautiful and we will be back and look forward to renting from Michael again!
This property was perfect and truly a home away from home. This is the second property we stayed at that Mike owns and manages. The location could not have been better (Well the other one was great too). Both were close to beaches, shopping, casino, bars and restaurants and just 15 minutes from the airport.
The property itself is beautiful, well appointed and very well-maintained. The bathrooms are quite large and very modern, beds are comfortable, and the house is equipped with everything and anything you might need to make your vacation stay comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable.
The pool was spectacular. When home we spent most of our time in and around the pool and on the patio. The restaurant suggestions and top ten lists provided by Mike before our stay came in so handy. It took all the risk and guesswork out of what to see and do and where to eat. We were armed with all the information we needed for the perfect Aruba vacation. What a great stay, great vacation and kudos to Mike for making his vacation homes so family-vacation friendly! We loved kicking back, putting our your feet up and really, really relaxing and enjoy the beauty of Aruba. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!
This house is a wonderful place to stay in Aruba! Close to amenities and the best beach on the island- Eagle Beach! Loved the pool and had everything you need for a clean comfortable life away from the crowded hotels on the beach. Loved the Pelican and Bugaloe for pier sunset dining. Driftwood in Orangestad was great! Michael was a fabulous host, letting you know everything you need before you go to have a great time! I can't wait to return and bring friends and family along!
Our home, Aruba Escape is located in a quiet residential neighborhood called Bubali, across from the popular Eagle Beach area and just down the road from Palm Beach. It's just a short distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, casinos, the theater, and much more.
Other Activities include ATV rentals and tours, catamaran, sky diving, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, wave-runners, helicopter tours, a submarine ride, Arikok national park, nature hikes through the National Park, and so much more.

Will my cell phone work on the island?
Yes, and there are phones for rent at the airport. There are no hard-wired phones at the house.
What is the best time of year to travel to Aruba?

Yes. There will be information about attractions, restaurants, tons of activities, a map and discount coupon book and brochures.
Can I Google-Map the location?
Aruba does not use street names to the extent that most countries do. Many sections of Aruba have names, but the individual roads do not. This makes Google mapping very difficult. The map page of our website shows where the home is located. As you see, it is close to Eagle Beach.

The U.S. dollar is accepted everywhere throughout the island. The local currency is called the Aruban Florin (AFL). $1 = AFL 1.75 - One U.S. Dollar is equal to 1.75 Aruban Florin.
