BEAUTIFUL 4 BEDROOM 3 BATH HOME WITH YOUR OWN PRIVATE SCREENED POOL AND SUNNING DECK. SLEEPS UP TO 10 GUESTS IN COMFORT. CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR DISNEY, ATTRACTIONS, DINING, SHOPPING, GROCERY AND ENTERTAINMENT!

Tuscan Ridge is a quiet, beautiful and prestigious community. Just off US Hwy 27, 3 miles north of I-4, the community is newly built and has most of the villas set on generous grounds. The south border is overlooking Orange groves. There is also a communal tennis court. It is a 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios and its 2 theme parks and Sea World. Close to Tuscan Ridge, along US Hwy 27, there are shops and restaurants and for golf lovers a 5 minutes drive will take you to 2 golf courses including the newly completed Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including The Leadbetter School of Golf. In 10 minutes you will also get to the famous US Hwy 192 with its 20 miles and several hundreds of shops, outlets and restaurants. Along the highway is also Splendid China (with its miniature buildings) and many miniature adventure golf courses.
