INCREDIBLY SPACIOUS 5 BEDROOM 4 BATH HOME WITH PRIVATE POOL, SPA & SUNNING DECK THAT BACKS TO CONSERVATION. LOCATED IN HIGHLANDS RESERVE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB. FEATURES 2 MASTER SUITES AND SLEEPS UP TO 12 IN COMFORT!

The Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is situated on US Highway 27 in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area and is ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away. This 5 bedroom home is extremely large and offers 4 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite to the master bedrooms. The home offers 2 lounges, one which is more formal; the other is a family room and is furnished comfortably around the main TV. There is a dining room if you choose to eat in and a fully equipped kitchen with all of today's needs, such as a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and full size cooker. The home is fully air conditioned and also has a separate laundry room for your convenience.Outside, you will find your large pool deck complete with table and chairs and sun loungers. Your pool overlooks a wooded making it feel very private, and tranquil. This home is extremely peaceful that you would never know that just down the road you will find all that Orlando is famous for. An ideal setting for a large group or if you are just looking to treat yourself.
