3 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME WITH A PRIVATE SCREENED POOL AND SUNNING DECK. LOCATED IN A GATED COMMUNITY WITH AMMENITIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY - 3 POOLS, 2 TENNIS COURTS, PLAYGROUNDS AND GOLFING!

The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feel.

Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This newly refurbished three bedroom two bathroom home features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private pool entrance. The second bedroom has twin beds and a TV whilst the tird bedroom has a full size bed.

The home has an upgraded furniture package to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is full and well equipped with all necessities such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is also a separate dining area which seats 6 people. The double car garage is available for your use during your stay.

Outside you will find your very own pool and deck. The deck is fully furnished and comes complete with sun loungers and table and chairs, a perfect place for spending your evenings. This home is comfortable and is in the perfect spot for exploring the local area.
