4 BEDROOM 3 BATH HOME WITH 2 MASTER SUITES AND YOUR OWN PRIVATE SCREENED POOL AND SUNNING DECK. LOCATED WITHIN THE GATED COMMUNITY OF CALABAY PARC.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beautiful community off Highway 27, located near Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a new community, that is both quiet and peaceful. Nearby, is a 24 hour Wal-Mart (less than 5 minutes away) and a number of local restaurants and shops. The theme parks and attractions are only 20 minutes away! This Four bedroom, three bathroom home is wonderfully furnished. It offers a large dining area within the kitchen, a spacious living room wth flat screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen. The homeh as two en suite bedrooms, one is a Master bedroom with a King sized bed, and the second has a queen size bed with an en suite. The additional bedrooms offer 2 twin sized beds in each room and a shared guest bathroom. There is a very nice relaxing pool area that backs on to a wall and although the home has neighbors either side they are far enough away to offer plenty of privacy.
