Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beutiful community off of Highway 27, located near Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a new community, that is both quiet and peaceful. Nearby, is a 24 hour Wal-Mart (less than 5 minutes away) and a number of local restaurants and shops. The theme parks and attractions are only 20 minutes away! This Four bedroom, three bathroom home is wonderfully furnished. It offers a formal dining area, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The Master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, and full ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms offer 2 queen sized beds, and the fourth bedroom offers two twin bedrooms. The pool area is ideal for those seeking the florida sun, as it is south facing and bathes in sunlight all day long.
