AMAZING 4 BEDROOM 3 BATH HOME WITH A BEAUTIFUL GOLF COURSE VIEW AND PRIVATE POOL. SLEEPS UP TO 10 IN COMFORT

The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feel. Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides.

Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This is a very lovely home, sunny and restful and sure to please with flat screen TVs and all the comforts of home. The villa boats two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two twin rooms and an additional family bathroom and has been tastefully refurbished to ensure your comfort. The home has a comfortable sitting area, with ample seating for the family, situated around the large flat screen TV and DVD player just right for family movie night. There is ample formal dining space and a cozy kitchen nook just right for enjoying a relaxed breakfasting. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. The facilities include a laundry room and for your comfort the home is fully air conditioned.

Need to keep inm touch with the family back home - no probblem! The home has a VOIP phone and wireless internet.

Outside you will find your oversized pool deck which has a sunny aspect and is affording beautiful views of the golf course. The patio is fully furnished for those casual evening meals and the pool is inviting after long hot sightseeing days. This home is comfortable and will suit your needs perfectly for your "magical" vacation. Youll sure to be sorry to leave it.
