4 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME WITH SCREENED IN POOL AND SUNNING DECK, WHICH BACKS TO GOLF COURSE. LOCATED IN A GATED RESORT COMMUNITY FEATURING GOLF A GOLF COURSE, TENNIS COURTS, POOLS AND PLAYGROUNDS.

The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feelWithin the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This 4 bedroom home has 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an additional shared bathroom. There is a comfortable sitting area situated around the main TV which comes with DVD player and VCR. The kitchen is complete and features a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. The house has a nice dining area and there is a separate laundry room. The home is fully air conditioned.Outside you will find your own pool which overlooks the golf course which affords you more privacy. The deck is sunny and is fully furnished with patio chairs and table not to mention sun loungers for you sun worshipers. This is the ideal home for a bit of peace and quiet giving you that "home from home" feel from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
