This Is A Four Bedroom, Three Full Bath Home With Mountain Views.

This property is on Sugarloaf Mountain and is located on the 7th hole of the golf course. It has four bedrooms with one on the first floor and full bath. Large, open concept kitchen, dinning and living room with fieldstone fireplace. The garage is heated with a half basketball court. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two full baths and a loft area with flat screen television and also a bed. The master bedroom has its own bath. The shuttle comes by every 20 minutes on week-ends and holiday weeks to take you to the Super - Quad or the base lodge. The shuttle is on call all other times. If you don't feel like downhill skiing, you could walk out the back door to the golf course and go snowshoeing or cross country skiing..

We loved this property because of the great location, so easy to be part of the Sugarloaf resort experience, yet Located on a cul-d-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The golf course is right out your back door with easy access to walking and hiking trails.

What makes this house unique

Shuttle service to the mountain , nordic center, health club or any other part of the resort. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing right outside your back door. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This is an Adirondak style home with a fieldstone fireplace. Includes stove refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a flat screen tv downstairs in the living room and a flat screen in the loft, upstairs. The garage is heated with a half basketball court. This property is located on a cul-de-sac with views of the mountain.

Sugarloaf is the largest ski area east of the Rockies. The resort offers many winter activities including skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, skating and snowshoeing. Be sure to have lunch or dinner at The Bag & Kettle, Geppeto's, The Shipyard or the Rack. You can also have dinner at Bullwinkles, which is only accessible by snow cat and a reservation through guest services. If you don't feel like skiing, you could go to the health club and get a massage, swim in the pool or hang out in the hot tub inside or out. Most holiday weeks there are several activities for the kids and usually a fireworks show. During summer months enjoy a round of golf, hiking, mountain biking and moose tours.
