The space
The property is serene and peaceful. There are beautiful views of the wooded area and some views of the pond and nearby river. All bedrooms are connected to a full bathroom (two are connected via the Jack and Jill). 2 bedrooms on main level (king and queen), 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 queen, 2 rooms with twin bed). Downstairs is all hardwood. Upstairs bedrooms are all carpet with hardwood loft area. No smoking and no pets.
Guest access
Plenty of parking (including large driveway and street parking). Large 3 car garage, with 6 to 8 parking spaces in driveway. The Bell Tower neighborhood is new so there is some construction but many brand new homes throughout the neighborhood.
Other things to note
Parties or social gatherings beyond the contractual agreement (8 guests) is prohibited. The neighborhood HOA monitors this closely (as well as the local neighborhood residents) so thank you for adhering to the rules. If you'd like to invite guests over who are not covered under the contractual agreement, please message me first explaining the specifics, and request approval prior to inviting others over.
