OVERVIEW
Perfect for two couples or a family with kids and sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. Freshly remodeled, our home has a modern feel. It is located a quiet neighborhood, but is very close to Lake Tahoe, Heavenly, Casinos and outdoor activities. The large patio is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The home has a garage to park your car out of the snow and store your skis. Additional parking is available in the driveway.
MASTER SUITE
Relax in a large King Size sleigh bed after a day on the slopes or at the beach. Lie under the ceiling fan and read a nice book in solitude. The room comes with a large dresser and closet to store your clothes. The adjacent Bathroom features a new vanity with Granite countertop.
SUITE 2
Our second Bedroom has a luxurious Queen Size sleigh bed, ceiling fan and a large closet. A nearby Bathroom is fully remodeled and features a tile shower with a curved shower door and large rain-type shower head.
LIVING AREA
Our luxurious home features a large, open floor plan with livingroom, kitchen, and dining room adjacent to each other, making it perfect for entertaining. Sit in our comfortable sofa (which also serves as a Queen Size sofabed) or kick back in our loveseat that is also a recliner! While you’re relaxing you can warm up with our Lava Stone Gas Fireplace.
For entertainment you can enjoy nearly 200 channels on our 42” flatscreen High-Definition Satellite TV mounted over the fireplace. We also have a DVD player with a huge video library for you to enjoy and a small stereo to play relaxing music.
The home also has free wi-fi internet access.
