Lovely waterview home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enclosed sunroom gives 2nd living area overlooking the Bay. Updated kitchen with all new appliances and granite countertops. Ceramic tile throughout. Great neighborhood and 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beaches in the world! Ft Desoto Park for roller blading, biking, snorkeling.King size bed in master,Queen in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Pack and play for infant available if needed. Flat screen TV in master, large TV in living room.

Feeling Right At Home

What a wonderful vacation. From the moment we walked thru the door we felt like we were home. The house was very clean, comfy and cozy nestled in a relaxed, quiet setting where the neighbors were friendly. Like to walk? We were only minutes away from the beautiful St. Pete beaches. By car, just minutes away from Pass A Grille. (Where we enjoyed watching the sunset on the deck at the Hurricane Restaurant while having their scrumptious Lobster Bisque). On lazy nights we stayed home, grilled or ordered in. (Barracuda Deli had a great menu and they delivered, when we were feeling like pizza, it was Gigi's - they also delivered). Our six weeks went by way too fast but we're already looking forward to returning to this great home away from home next year. Thank you Kate, we loved our time at Palm Point.

Great property and nice manager

My family had a great time during our stay. The house is nice and clean, perfect for 6 people (3 couples). The house manager, Kate, is easy to work with. Actually, it is the main reason that I picked this property for our vacation. The house is also close to the beach. My parents enjoyed the beach a lot. We can see water through the backyard, but the property is not directly on the water. It is still nice enough because well, I guess we can not expect too much with this price. The only con is that there is an on-going bridge construction near the property. Once or twice every week the bridge would be closed, and there would be only one way to get out of the town. The traffic would be very busy.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Construction was complete in April 2013!! We are very happy about it too. You can see the gulf now as you drive over to the island!

We had a great week at the beach! The dog had a blast and slept for almost 3 days straight when we returned home.

Kate was easy to work with, the property was even nicer than we expected.

we were able to walk to Agave which is our favorite restaurant here and spent plenty of time at the beach.

We definitely recommend this rental to any group.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house which was spotless and well maintained. Excellent location and features. We would suggest televisions in all bedrooms and replacing DVD system in living room which did not work for us.

Last minute Getaway

This was a VERY last minute weekend getaway with our 4 kids and an extra family member. The house was modern on the inside and everything was in order. We parked our car in the driveway and only used it to eat out at night. We walked to the beach each day, no worries about parking or sand in the car with the kids! Kate was greatly accomodating and wonderful to deal with. Mom, Nancy, was great too :-) Wonderful people to work with! We plan on calling them whenever we'd like a weekend, week or last minute beach getaway. Thanks Kate! Highly recommended.
