Apartment high standard and in an excellent location on the beach of Pitangueiras, with 175 square meters, 11th floor, facing the sea, new furniture, facing the rising sun.

It has 11 meters terrace with spectacular views of the waterfront, 3 large bedrooms overlooking the sea and very airy, 2 bathrooms (1 being en suite and the other with bath), large kitchen with pantry and dependencies, washing machine and bathroom service.

Amongst others, there is central water heating, a private garage, the beach service offered by the building itself (chairs and umbrellas are taken to the beach and also collected without any additional fees) and proximity to Shopping La Plage (300 meters ).
