Buen Aire is a modern, comfortable, recently redecorated and remodeled (2012) 1 bedroom condo in one of the most requested areas of Playa del Carmen. It is located around the corner from the famous Quinta Avenida and 2 blocks from Mamitas and Kool beach clubs. The condo is light, breezy, and spacious equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The balcony is sunny and overlooks 5th Avenue, a great place to do some people watching while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closet space and safe for your valuables. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washer and dryer, large flatscreen TV with cable service and wireless hi speed internet.

The common areas have also had a make over in 2012, the pool a lovely place to cool off after a long day exploring the area or getting a tan on the beach. The building is secure, and has a parking space for your (rental) car. Weekly cleaning is included. Please inquire about monthly rates.

Buen Ayre is located on Calle 30 close to the corner with 5th Avenue. This part of 5th Avenue has a lot of shops and restaurants but no bars or clubs to keep you awake at night. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, about 2 blocks. The closest beach clubs are Mamitas and Kool, located on one of the nicest stretches of beach in Playa del Carmen. There are several smaller convenience stores in the neighborhood, the larger supermarkets are a few blocks away. You can get there on foot, about 10 minutes, or take a cab. They are plentiful in Playa and very affordable, about 4-5USD for a ride anywhere in town.

We booked the Buen Ayre condo for our trip to Playa del Carmen in December 2013. The condo was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was extremely clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable. The 5th Avenue location cannot be beat - close to the beach and tons of restaurant options. The balcony overlooking 5th Avenue was one of our favorite features. We booked our stay with Latido de Mexico and were very happy with how easy it was from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend condo Buen Ayre!

L'appartamento e' nuovissimo ed arredato con ottimo gusto, non ti verrebbe voglia di andartene al mare!
La posizione centralissima ed eccellente sia per il mare che per le passeggiate sulla affollatissima 5 avenida.
Ideale per non toccare la macchina per tutta la vacanza, la si puo' tranquillamente lasciare nel cortile del condominio sempre chiuso con cancello . C'e'e anche una piccola piscina che noi non abbiamo avuto il piacere di utilizzare.
Sconsigliato solo per chi volesse un posticino tranquillo e fuori dalla confusione, per questo non scegliete Playa del Carmen.
Sempre ben pulito, biancheria morbida e profumata 10 e lode. fortemente raccomandato!!!
