This roomy, contemporary house features, 2 levels, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, huge deck for you to cater your parties and both propane and charcoal grills. New Cedar sauna is not to be ignored

Professional ping pong and pool tables are also there for your year round enjoyment

Also for your enjoyment there is a large family room with plenty of seating and sleeping room and a bar

Just look at the kitchen and you would want to spend the whole day in it

Great for year round vacation , ski, fish, swim,sunbathe, enjoy fresh mountain air, BBQ and just relax.. Beach, tennis court, main lodge and pool just 2 min drive or 15-18 min walk from the house. The area is great for peak summer activities.

we are medical professionals that grew up in Eastern Europe.

We currently live in New York but spend all the weekends and holidays in the Poconos. So because we enjoy it so much we decided to purchase another house for others to enjoy all that Pocono mountains have to offer

We have rented houses in the Poconos in different communities over the years but I am very glad we came across this cozy retreat that accommodated our big company. The house is very modern and is located on quiet cul-de-sac and has a huge deck. We equally enjoyed the bright and sunny house and the skiing and tubing on the ski hill. We would love to come back and rent this house again!

Great getaway!!!

We had a great time on this mini getaway. The owner provided us with very detailed information on all that the area had to offer and we were able to fully enjoy the house, the ski hill and the all the club house amenities. The house was clean upon arrival with fresh linens waiting for us on the beds. Sauna was a great plus after a day on the ski slopes. It was very relaxing to sit on the living room couch and watch the beautiful scenery from the huge windows. I also appreciated the deck as I could easily watch the kids paly outside. We had a great time, would highly recommend this community and this house to everyone!

We had a great time on this mini-getaway. The landlord was very professional and provided very detailed instructions on all the available amenities in the area, so we were able to fully enjoy the house, the ski hill and all the club house activities! The house was clean with fresh linens waiting for us on the beds. It was so relaxing to sit on a comfy living room couch and watch the beautiful scenery from the huge windows. I also appreciated the huge deck as I could see our children playing outside. Sauna was a great plus as we enjoyed the warmth after the day on the slopes. Could not have wished for a better experience, highly recommend!

Unprofessional and unpleasant.

We arrived on a very cold late night (3 families) and found the glass door frozen unable to get in. Granted it was late night but the owner was inaccessible that night. Had it not been for the deicer spray someone had brought we would have been stranded outside. After the trip our security deposit was taken away because the "rollers under the glass door was broken by us by force." Had the house been warmed up before our arrival, the glass door would not have frozen by the water around it. Our fault?
We were charged a cleaning fee but we found this house to be unclean and run down, just not kept sturdy. The pictures on the website do not accurately reflect what's inside (the beds are very cheap looking ones). A loose wooden step on the basement was later on exposed and photographed as something we had done.
I would not recommend this house to travelers expecting a peaceful and pleasant stay expecting to make good memories. On the contrary, we were all left with bitter taste.
Owner's Response: Oh, what a intelligent way to retaliate against someone who has been so accommodating to you and spent entire weekend answering your questions and giving instructions and directions. The deposit was taken away because of the broken sauna equipment that was left in the snow as well as broken step and disco equipment. If you allowed your children to mess with expensive accessories you need to be able to take responsibility for it since we are responsible for action of our children. But I guess you think differently... Sorry... My house is very modern and fixed up in a very modern style and all my pictures reflect that. My cleaning service is spotless and that's exactly what you mentioned before I told you I was not sending your deposit back. I also said I was open to suggestions but you had no suggestions.

Wonderful house for the entire family! House is in excellent condition. Plenty of room. Beautiful views. Deer visit daily. Squirrels and chipmunks playing constantly. Very quiet, relaxing. Grille works great. Large sturdy deck. Vaulted ceilings, balcony. Just perfect. Plenty of entertainment for kids (pool table, ping pong, ice air hockey). We plan to make many future trips and stay at this same property. The renters are super friendly and make the rental process a breeze. I highly recommend this property
