About Owner/Manager

I have lived in Scottsdale for 20 Years and will be able to share my local knowledge of places to shop, eat and relax.

This ground floor unit overlooks the pool and hot tub. Both are just steps away.This is a great place to spend the Winter. Blue skies, and warm weather make this a great place to relax and soak up the Sun.

What makes this condo unique

The Complex is extremely well maintained, includes two pools, Tennis Courts, Grills, Clubhouse and Fitness Center. Centrally located 20 minutes from Sky Harbor, 10 Minutes to Indian Bend Casino and surround by dozens of great Golf Courses. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, hospital & Rt 101 makes getting around a breeze. .

Nearest Airport : Sky Harbor at 20 Miles

101 and Shea Blvd in North Scottsdale. Located close to many restaurants, some shopping, library, walking and biking trails. Scottsdale North hospital 1 block away. Tennis courts are located at condo complex. Our unit is a prime end unit on bottom floor and smaller quiter pool located right off patio. Pool has a hot tub. There is also a excercise room at Club House.

The 101 is a few blocks away and makes easy for access to other parts of the valley.
