“Brookside” offers a unique Vermont vacation experience. Boasting the most serene location in Killington that in-corporates privacy, golf course frontage, Roaring Brook frontage along with some of the most incredible mountain views in Killington. The private setting was the motivation for the interior design that highlights the natural beauty of this amazing property. The six person hot tub spa on your deck offers spectacular mountain views along with acres of snow driven vistas on both the 4th and 5th holes of the Killington golf course. All while the beautiful and relaxing Roaring Brook sings in the background. There is high speed wireless Internet and cable TV programming, driving 3 plasma TV’s. The beds have all recently been updated to brand new (in Nov 2012) Simmons Beautyrest Plush Mattresses along with all new sheets and linens.

There are two large wood burning fireplaces and we supply all the wood you can burn. “Welcome to Brookside”

Note: Brookside is not available to large groups of twenty something singles. We cannot allow snowmobile or ATV access onto golf course from Brookside. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended during the winter months at Brookside.

The owner has had a second home in Killington for the last 12 years. He and his family spend many weekends there in the winter. The owner purchased this home in 2012.

We had a wonderful ski vacation in this luxurious large house. Modern with comfortable beds, couches, and large kitchen for cooking. Hot tub is good size and in a great spot for mountain views. Also very friendly owner and property manager. Highly recommended!! Important to note, bring your own drinking water.
Owner's Response: New Water Treatrment System added Spring 2013. Water is fine.

Good morning Bob,

Just want to let you know how much we enjoyed our time at Brookside. The location is stunning. Sitting in the hottub looking out over the golf course and mountain could not have been more relaxing. Beds, sheets and towels are better than what we have had at high-end hotels. We were also very fortunate to have great weather and mountain conditions. Gary was a big help with snow removal and much more. Jim was also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again for the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities Brookside has to offer.

Bob,

Our group had a wonderful time at your place. You've done such a great job fixing it up and it's better stocked than my house. The sheets and towels were soft and fluffy and the different levels gave us enough privacy.

I hope your place will be available next year cause we've already decided we want to rent it again. Unfortunately, we have to wait until closer to our trip to see if the two instructors we use are available.

Again, thank you so much for going out of your way to accommodate us. We will definitely be back and maybe we can stay longer.
