This 1100 sq. ft. NEWLY & FULLY RENOVATED (completed Jan. 2013), 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths contemporary-styled apartment is located at the heart of the slopes on Telegraph Hill. It is located between the Coit Tower and the Transamerica Pyramid Building which are just a few walking blocks away.
On a clear day, take the walking route and avoid the limited parking at the Coit Tower by taking the Filbert steps at Montgomery. Along the route, you will be engaged with beautiful foliage in spectacular gardens, art deco homes and wonderful views of San Francisco. The famous steps are also home to the wild parrots which were featured in a 2005 documentary, 'The Wild Parrots on Telegraph Hill'.
A block above Telegraph Hill is North Beach (a.k.a. Little Italy). Here you will be adorned with cafes, restaurants, plentiful shopping and nightlife. There is no assigned parking at this property but limited (2) hour street parking is available. This location promises to save money on parking expenses as the major SF sites and business areas are walking distance away. If public transportation and paid parking garages are preferred, they are within walking distance away.
A deposit of $400.00 is required to hold your reservation. We
must receive payment by eCheck or credit card for the deposit within (3) days of initial booking. Once deposit is received, your dates are officially reserved.
The balance of the rental payment is due (21) days prior to check-in. The booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited if payment of balance is not received.
Upon your arrival, the $400.00 deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be back to your account within three to seven days of your departure.
If you cancel MORE than 21 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned less $50.00 fee.
If you cancel LESS than 21 days before check-in, ONLY your security deposit will be returned to you ($400.00).
If cancellation occurs on your first day, there will be NO refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations or refunds will be due to you because of weather-related issues, earthquakes or related outages of utility services including: electricity, phone, internet, Wi-Fi, television, or gas.
Upon receiving your security deposit and Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to you.
Once we receive full payment for your reservation, we will send you confirmation of your reservation.

We stayed at in this luxurious condo for 5 nights in April and have to say that if we return to San Francisco this will be my first port of call when looking for accommodation. The condo was immaculate both in facilities and also cleanliness and has three very comply beds, a king size, queen size and a single all with beautiful sheets. There are also 2 bathrooms both with showers and toilets, the large bathroom has a twin head shower and Jack & Jill sinks.
Clothes washing facilities are provided as is a fully useable kitchen with all manner of pots, pans and cutlery available. There is also a filter coffee machine that came in very handy. We had only one issue while staying there but this was rectified very very quickly and without fuss. Margie the agent we dealt with was fantastic with quick responses to my communications and answers to all my questions.
Location was fantastic, only a 15-20 minute walk to pier 39 and there is a nice view of the bay bridge from the lounge window. You would not be disappointed if you stop here.
