Payment Information
A deposit of $400.00 is required to hold your reservation. We
must receive payment by eCheck or credit card for the deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once deposit is received, your dates are officially reserved.
The balance of the rental payment is due 21 days prior to check-in. The booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited if payment of balance is not received.
Upon your arrival, the $400.00 deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be back to your account within three to seven days of your departure.
If you cancel MORE than 21 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned less $50.00 fee.
If you cancel LESS than 21 days before check-in, ONLY your security deposit will be returned to you ($400.00).
If cancellation occurs on your first day, there will be NO refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations or refunds will be due to you because of weather-related issues, earthquakes or related outages of utility services including: electricity, phone, internet, Wi-Fi, television, or gas.
Upon receiving your security deposit and Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to you.
Once we receive full payment for your reservation, we will send you confirmation of your reservation.
