LOCATION

La Casa sul Mare is a magnificent apartment, surrounded by splendid panoramic views. Located in Conca dei Marini which is around 2 km from Amalfi.

This apartment comes fully equipped with all the comforts that you might need during your stay (Air conditioning, TV Sat, washing machine).

This apartment is situated in an topographically unique and amazing position which you reach after a traverse of 80 steps through the famous beach of Conca dei Marini.

It is also possible to take the boat service from here to Amalfi from where you can easily get to the renowned coastal towns, and the famed islands of Capri and Ischia.

DESCRIPTION:

From the main road a path of about 200 stairs leads to the apartment which is around 130 square meters excluding the terraces.The property is composed of:

1 fully equipped kitchen with (oven, fridge,freezer, table seating capacity 6 people, and terraces 24 square meters.

1 dining room equipped with (fire place, sofa bed ,table seating capacity 6 people and TV SAT.

2 double bedrooms with a balcony which affords a great sea view, and equipped with 1 extra bed each.

2 bathrooms with shower and hair dryer provided.

  • The weeks starting 30/03 Easter, 21/12 Christmas, 28/12 New Year will be considered High Season.
    Security Deposit: euros 200 (to be returned at the check out time).

    Extra Costs: euros 100 of final cleaning, bed linen and towels
    Electricity including air conditioning on consumptions.
  • PAYMENT POLICY CONDITIONS:
    30% of the total balance at the booking;
    70% of the total balance 6 weeks before arrival.
    For booking made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the client has to pay the total balance at the booking.
