SUPERB VALUE - LOCATION - FACLITY

I used to live in Sarasota and still visit the area frequently. Our stay was execllent. The cottage was clean, functional and had all the comforts of home (stereo/TV/kitchenware/bedding/towels/pool). The door lock was awesome (electronic code) so no key required. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is totally private and even backs up to mangroves. You're five minutes walk from restaurants, groceries and the best beach in America. Plenty of parking for several vehicles. I will return!

This bungalow was everything you would want in a vacation home. The decor is clean and crisp and very comfy. Wonderful sound system. And the area is easy to get around, with excellent shops and places to eat. The beach is beautiful. The pool is very relaxing and soothing. I would recommend this for just about everyone.

We loved our stay in Siesta Key. The property was exactly as described and everything about the property was perfect for us. The photos were accurate as well as the property's amenities. The interior was very clean, neat and well maintained. We would highly recommend this property to a couple that was looking for something intimate, but close to the beach. We would caution that the adjoining property may have a family which it did when we were there, but they were very friendly and polite. We shared the pool with them a couple of afternoons and the children were very well behaved, but it's importantat to understand this is a shared amenity. We liked going to Capn Curt's at night to enjoy the Tiki Bar and City Pizza has excellent pizza and all within walking distance. Working with Nita was a joy, she answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Our experience with VRBO is somewhat limited, but if all owners were as helpful as her we would never rent from anyone else. All in all we found this to be an excellent rental and very good value.
