It is only 5 houses down from the beach. A mere 2 minute walk to the beach access. This unit is one of two units in the same house. The other unit is also available to rent at HomeAway listing #352588. Many tenants rent both units and treat it as one house as the two units are interconnected via a breezeway.
Great value. Fully stocked. Outdoor grill, outdoor hot/cold showers, WiFi, cable, etc.
My husband and I have travelled down to Seabrook several times and love the area. We went back this year with 3 other families. We rented both sides of this home and loved that it fit our 4 families comfortably. It had everything that we expected, Wifi, washer/dryers, dishwashers... The property was clean upon arrival. Our second day there, there was a problem with the AC (it had just been installed) We called Donna, and she was at the property within 1/2 an hour, by that evening she had sent the repair men who came, fixed it, and left. These things happen, but the response to the problem speaks volumes. We are looking forward to spending a week next summer, and would definately recommend this property (or any of Donna and Ravi's properties)
Loved the layout of this duplex. A great open space to entertain downstairs and plenty of room for our family to sleep upstairs. My kids loved playing board games on the breakfast bar area! This house provided anything you would need for a great vacation!
