The house sleeps 12 people in three independent apartments with an outdoor private area each ( two for 4 people and a studio for 2) and an extra bedroom en suite with a private terrace. The apartments each have separate entrances and share a swimming pool making it perfect for groups of friends or big families to enjoy time together and, at the same time, keeping their privacy.
Apartment 1.
Main floor. Decorated in a modern Javanese style, the living room is equipped with air conditioning, 40” TV, TDT, International satellite channels, DVD player and audio system with I Pod, I Pad and I Phone dock. It has direct access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the woods with a shaded open-air dining area with seating for 10-12 in front of the pool, well supplied with sun-loungers to relax in and enjoy the sun and a hammock for taking peaceful siestas under the pine trees.
The kitchen with a dining table for 4-6 people is equipped with cooking utensils, vitro-ceramic 4 ring stove, electric oven, big refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and orange juice maker.
Bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom, the color of the sea and with a nice view to the woods has a double bed and includes an en suite bathroom with separate toilet.
First floor. With an astonishing panoramic view of the ocean and the sunset, this is a double bedroom with independent air conditioning.
Extra bedroom. This room painted forest green like the color of the surrounding woods has a nice view of the sea and sunset, a double bed and includes an en suite bathroom with separate toilet and direct access to a 40m terrace with sun-loungers and a table sitting 4-6, overlooking the sea and the sabina woods.
Apartment 2
Main floor. Living room with modern sofa and equipped with air conditioning, 40” TV, TDT, International satellite channels, DVD player and audio system with I Pod, I Pad and I Phone dock. It has direct access to a terrace overlooking the woods, a shaded open-air dining area with seating for 6-8 and supplied with sun loungers to relax in and enjoy the sun, and an outdoor shower.

Toilet.
The master bedroom, terracotta colored with a double bed has a private terrace overlooking the woods with a hammock to enjoy a siesta in perfect privacy, and includes an en suite bathroom with separate toilet.
First floor. With a 80m2 private terrace supplied with sun-loungers to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and sunset, this is a double bedroom with independent air conditioning.
Apartment 3
The studio with one double bed and en suite bathroom, includes indoor and outdoor dining areas for 4 people and a nice terrace overlooking the garden, supplied with sun-loungers.
The kitchenette includes cooking utensils, 2 ring vitro-ceramic stove, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and orange juice maker.
The apartment is equipped with 32” TV, TDT, International Satellite Channels, DVD player and audio system.
Outdoor
The apartments, the studio and the extra bedroom have each a private entrance.
The furniture is made of teak wood and aluminum.
The 4x7m2 and 1.50m deep swimming pool has color Led lamps and is surrounded by a nice terrace supplied with sun-loungers in which to enjoy the sun and the starry nights of Ibiza.
There is a garage for two vehicles and a spacious parking area.
