My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze!!!! I loved and appreciated that the reservation process was easy and pleasant. Upon arrival, it was easy to locate the keys to the property and find our parking space. The condo was perfect! It was clean, well stocked with amenities, and had a beautiful view! My husband and I will definitely reserve this condo again!! Condo 909 is a beautiful condo!

The condo had everything we needed. It was great! The doors stuck a little, there were fingerprints on the furniture along with a broken screen on the sliding door. Everything else was amazing! We did alot of walking because it was so close to everything.The decor was my favorite! Can't wait to stay there again!

This was the first vacation for my two nieces, ages 23 & 13 since my sister passed last December so I was stressed because I wanted to show them a good time. With school about to begin I planned a trip to the beach at the last minute. A friend told me about FRBO and I found Sea Breezes on that website. I contacted Diane and she listened to me describe our needs and expectations then she told me which condo may work best for us. I was a bit apprehensive taking guests to a vacation spot sight unseen. But when we arrived our condo was much to our liking and very clean, well equipped, and maintained. The two things I'd change would be to have taken a metal spatula for the grill and not to have been over the pool. We were aware that we would be above the adult pool but there were children there too and the adults were as loud as the kids. Sitting on our balcony to read a book and relax was not meant to be. Everything else worked out well. Even the girls having to share a room for 5 days worked out and we all enjoyed our get-away.

Absolutely loved the condo and the location. It was our first time to visit Biloxi and we loved it so much we are considering relocating! The people are very friendly and the beach was very clean. Will definitely be going back and planning to stay in the same beautiful condo as before!

Condo was very comfortable! Beds were super for a rental & the furniture very stylish & useable. Flat screens & WiFi worked great. The balcony overlooked the larger pool and cabanas (cabanas for owners only) & the beach. Towels looked new & I've never seen so many in a rental. No washing or begging towels here!! Condo was 2nd floor from top & very roomy. Lots of closet space! Comfy chairs at pool but no umbrellas. Another pool is on the opposite side. Beach was ok but ocean was very dark & murky for June but the pools were nice & clean. We enjoyed just sitting on our little chairs in the breeze and watching others fly kites. No beach chair rentals at our location. Some further down the beach with jet skis,etc. Our rental agent was very helpful, answered my questions truthfully (Betty). Had to get property bracelets from on site management. Girl wasn't friendly or helpful. Area was lovely though. Casinos very nice and the food fantastic at the 2 we visited. Beau Rivage & Treasure Bay. Watch out for a strip of sand on the outside parking lot if you decide to drive right up to the beach. It is next to the grass & rocks going out to the point. The sand is really deep there. We saw 4 vehicles get stuck in 2 days. If you stay on the pavement you will be ok. There is a very nice parking garage with a security gate entrance under the building so you don't have to even drive into that outside lot unless you want to. A lot of guys were fishing from there which was also fun to watch. This building was the ONLY one directly on the beach we saw. Others looked nice but all were across the street & traffic was fairly heavy at times. All in all a great location to visit the casinos, enjoy the ocean view, swim in the pool, and relax. one asked us for the arm bands or bothered us in any way. Very private.
