Walk In Condo With 2 King Beds, 4 HDTVs, Electric Recliners, Pointe Royale!

You’ll feel welcomed in our newest walk in vacation condo at Pointe Royale Golf Village in SW Branson. It is remodeled & available beginning Nov 2012. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has new carpeting, flooring, King beds, electric recliners, 4 HDTVs, paint, shower stall, ceiling fans & more. The screened porch will be a hit also. It has a peaceful view of a babbling brook, bridge & garden gazebo highlighted by Lake Taneycomo’s bluffs. Other than the 4 steps to the front porch it is on one level. Like our other condos it offers 2 King beds, a dual vanity in the master bedroom and an extra deep Jacuzzi tub & shower combo in the master bath. The guest bath features a single vanity sink & easy access step in shower stall. The four HDTVs include a 37” in the living room above the fireplace, a 32” in each bedroom & a 26” in the dining room. Wi Fi, hard wired jacks to plug into the Internet, unlimited local & long distant phone, cable, & quality linens, are all included in your condo. Try out our 2 new electric recliners or relax in front of the fireplace in the gliding rocker. Our 2 condos in Pointe Royale are close to each other and have one building between them. They are only 1 block from the club house, golf course, indoor & outdoor pools, tennis court, hot tub, exercise room, pro shop, restaurant & bar. Lake access to Lake Taneycomo, playground, grills, walking trails, basketball court, & more at Pointe Royale too. This gated resort has more amenities than our Meadow Brook condos offer. Private sleeping for 4, total sleeping 6 when using the queen sofa sleeper.

No pets. No smoking. No exception due to allergies.

We have been traveling to Branson since our children are small. Now we are grandparents and still traveling to Branson. The only difference, instead of camping we stay in one of the 4 two bedroom condos we own.

Why Sandy Kalvelage chose Branson

This condo is only one building away from our Secret Garden condo which also has the same brook side view from the screened porch. Owning it gives us another location to visit Branson with our whole family. When everyone comes we need 4 bedrooms so having two, 2 bedroom condos close to each other is a necessity. We own 2 side by side condos already in Meadow Brook Resort but owning here gives us another option.

What makes this condo unique

This walk in condo has a wonderful screened porch that overlooks a peaceful garden setting. We also have a step in shower stall in the guest bathroom which is especially nice for people who don't want to step into a tub to shower.

Listing and photos were accurate. This condo had been newly renovated before our stay and was very clean. The floor plan was great for 2 couples since there are 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and private baths. The large kitchen is very well equipped. The only problem we had was that the husbands thought they were entitled to sit in the electric recliners at all times (we wives set them straight, though!) Sandy is great to work with and you can count on her to follow through with her promises. Would stay here again and will recommend it to others.
