The clubhouse includes La Quinta Legacy Grill, state-of-the-art fitness facility, adult pool and spa, family pool, spa and play area, lap pool, poolside cabanas, hammock garden, activity lawn, meeting rooms and outdoor fireplaces. So much attention to detail is apparent in everything here. Legacy Villas' private, 24-hour guard-gated community includes 19 cascading fountains, 9 community pools with saltwater spas and walking access to restaurants, tennis, Spa La Quinta, shopping and golf at La Quinta Resort & Club. The condo measures approximately 1705 sq. ft. - 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths (2 ensuite).
