The pool, which is kept at 82 degrees May 16,2014 through September 30,2014 has a remote controlled lighting system to add to the night time atmosphere. The outside deck areas are furnished with a 10 seat dining table, bar stools and table, loungers, and additional sitting areas for a resort like setting. Enjoy spectacular stargazing from the open deck or the 7 person hot tub. The pool, hot tub and landscaping companies complete their work during the transition time to avoid any disturbances or inconveniences during your visit.
The main level includes a large great room with a 42” flat screen, a hand crafted stone gas fire place and a wall of windows over-looking the pool and Shaha Lake. While enjoying the built-in 'Sonos' surround sound system (with ipad control for access to unlimited music selections plus there are 3 iPod docking stations in the home), there are several places to dine or simply sip a glass of wine. The formal dining room, kitchen nook or the large granite kitchen island bar are just some of the areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new quailty dishes, cutlery, knives, wine glasses, place mats etc.
The main level also has a large laundry room/butler's pantry,wine room, full bathroom with private shower and toilet rooms, powder room, office and master suite. The home has 2 sets of quality linens, duvet covers, pillows, towels etc. that are rotated and taken out of the house and professionally cleaned after each visit.
The office has a double sofa bed and offers a 40' flat screen T.V. and sliding doors that access the front patio and desert landscaping.
In the exquisite master bedroom suite, the king-sized bed is uniquely placed in front of the 12 foot patio doors, so you can enjoy the stars and moonlight from the comfort of your bed or view the 42' flat screen T.V.. In the morning you can refresh yourself by diving into the pool or relax in the hot tub which are, literally, only steps away! The en-suite has a modern soaker tub, travertine shower with rain shower head, a double sink granite vanity and a large walk-in closet.
The upper level has 3 large guest rooms, all of which have queen sized beds. Centrally located between the guest rooms, the large upper level bathroom has double vanities and has private shower/tub and toilet rooms. The upper level recreation room provides a perfect get-away to play a game of pool or to lounge in front of the hand-crafted stone gas fireplace, while watching your favorite tv show or movie on the 50” Smart flat screen T.V.
