Hale Kamaole 107 is a large comfortable beautiful ground floor unit in the lower part of the complex. It is just steps away from the pool,office and BBQ area.This is a NO SMOKING UNIT INCLUDING THE LANAI. You must be 25' from any building to smoke. Beautiful Kamaole 3 Beach Park voted 'Best Place To Watch The Sunset' is just across the street. Each evening the 'Hale Kamaole Conch Band' blow their shells as the sun disappears over the horizon. The islands of Molokini, Kaho'olawe and Lanai are in full view to the west. The resort has two swimming pools, two 4 station charcoal BBQ areas,a tennis court and a large grassy area for the kids to play on. The grounds are well landscaped and well maintained.Your time here will be fun and very relaxing.
H.K. 107 is close to everything, stores and shops, restaurants, beaches ect, but very Quiet. Our unit is upgraded consistently. The well equipped kitchen has upgraded cabinets, full size range, refrigerator, dishwasher and various small appliances. The bedroom has a king size bed, a six drawer dresser and two bedside tables. We also have a 32' television for late night viewing.The comfortable living room includes a sofa that folds out to a queen bed and two recliner chairs to view the 42' flat sreen TV. There is also a DVD/VCR player along with a stereo/CD player. The internet connection by the TV is Broadband High speed and is absolutely FREE. We also have a wireless modem.The full size stacked washer and dryer is in a closet by the bath for all your laundry needs. The lanai has a full size dining table with four chairs for outside dining and relaxing. Just a couple of steps off the lanai is a spectacular view of the ocean in one direction and upcountry and Haleakala the other way. The lanai closet contains beach mats, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, an ice chest and various sand toys for the kids at the beach. 107 is kept very cool by letting the breeze flow thru the bedroom and front door screen out to the lanai. Shops, stores, restaurants and other vacation services are within walking distance just down Kihei Rd. The Kihei small boat ramp where a lot of ocean activities begin, is about a quarter mile down Kihei Rd the other direction. World class Wailea Resort with upscale shopping, restaurants, tennis and three golf courses is about a five minute drive. There are also 2 other golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
With the weather usually sunny and in the 80s, close proximity to beaches and exceptional accommodations, Hale Kamaole 107 is definitely the place to spend your vacation.

In 1982 we stayed at Hale Kamaole and we liked it because of the location, size of the units and the friendliness of the staff. We decided that we would buy there when we sold our house on Maui. We had lived on the east side of Maui for over two years and were well acquainted with all of the resort areas on the island. Kihei still has a small town atmosphere but has everything you need for a great vacation.
Hale Kamaole is a low rise (2 and 3 story), low density complex with lots of ammenities just across a two lane road. The weather is sunny most of the time, the trade winds keep the tempature and humidity down and on the ground floor location keeps 107 cool without having to use the a.c. 107 is about 35 steps to the pool and 200 steps to the beach and Kamaole III Beach Park.
Hello George and Lou Ann. Jim and I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your condo107 from Nov. 1st to the 15th. We had a wonderful time and your unit was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Our friends also enjoyed seeing it and you will likely be contacted by some of them next year to see if it's available. We especially liked having the ground floor and the closeness of the pool and BBQs was perfect.Ten of our friends were there with us and they were really taken with your unit. We had the best. We don't know when our next trip to Maui will be but will definely contact you when we do plan one. Maybe we'll meet you someday. Cheers from Abbottsford.
Kihei small boat launch ramp is 1/4 mile away. Lots of tourist ocean excursions start there. You can walk along the ocean for several miles in either direction fron our condo. The path starts just across Kihei Rd and you can walk south all the way to the Kea Lani Hotel. If you go north you can go all the way to Maalea.
