Had high hopes for this property, which delivered spectacularly. Unbeatable location one block from downtown and 2 from beach. Could walk everywhere! Home is unbelievably lovely, with deluxe kitchen and 3 large bedrooms, each with its own more-than-spacious bath. And walk-in closets to die for! Loved the fully stocked laundry room and walk-in kitchen pantry. Master suite is decadent, with fireplace and luxurious bathroom. Had more than enough room and privacy for family of 5. Patio in front of house was focal point for us as he entertained other family members. Owner was wonderfully attentive and responsive to all questions. This was a 5 star experience! Can't wait to return.
