Communication before our arrival was timely and efficient. The house itself had no major issues and suited our needs well. When they say there is an extra charge to heat the pool and hot tub they mean it. There is no compromise and the cost is prohibitive. Any communications or requests made after our vacation began were ignored, including a request to discuss at length, the family member/property manager that just walks in the property unannounced. This led to a frightened teen hiding in a bedroom, with a panicked phone call, that almost led to a police visit. A lack of professionalism in the most important aspect of property management, ie: service, has soured our opinion regarding this owner.

At no time did anyone enter the house ,
after ringing the bell and knocking on the door, my father/ manager let himself into the yard via the side gate, to check if the pool pump was working ok
he saw a young women at the kitchen window ,he introduced himself, and asked if everything was ok, she said ok no problems.
he then checked the the pump, and on his leaving two older men arrived, he told them who he was, asked if everything was ok they said it was, then he left.
I was offered $75 to heat the pool & spa for the week, this i declined, I told the guest it it would cost a lot more than this, as gas in Vegas is expensive
I have now installed solar heating, this heats the pool for FREE (but you do need the sun)
The pool man will have to let himself into the yard to clean & check the pool/spa & equipment, this is mentioned in the welcome pack.
I am sorry if anyone was offended.
