Perfect Early Summer Getaway

My family and I had an extremely pleasant and relaxing week-long vacation in Rockport at The Beacon. The home was exactly as described online - with all amenities mentioned included - fresh/clean linens, towels, kitchen utensils/tools, easy access to the canal for fishing or recreation by use of the private pier, just to name a few. The home was extremely clean and was ready for us promptly at "check-in time". A big plus for us is the fact that the Beacon is a one story/ground level home, thus eliminating the need for stairs.
We planned this as a last minute vacation and were looking for place that would allow our small dog - what a joy it was to come across this listing! David was more than willing to work with us and answer any questions we had - he even stopped by mid-week just to introduce himself, make sure everything was going well, and see if there was anything else he could do for us. During our stay we met the neighbors on both sides who were all nice and welcoming as well.
Since coming back home, all our family has talked about is how much fun we had and wondering when we can go back! I would 100% recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Rockport area. We can't wait to return!
