A pleasant surprise
This house worked out best for my friends and I because of the owners flexibility with dates and the affordability of the rental house. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised with the space, cleanliness, and location of the house. The entire upstairs (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room) consisted all of excellent space and an overall enjoyable area to live in. The patio attached the back of the house was perfect, which included a grill and a table and chairs. Also in the back of the house was a decent sized yard and a super fun ladder toss game. Last but no least, the highlight of the house for everyone was the outside shower, this shower was fought over by everyone in the house and was enjoyed by all. The beach was relatively close, about 3 miles, and was convenient and peaceful.
The only area I was disappointed with was the downstairs, where there are two pullout sofas. Neither of the beds were very comfortable and the space seemed awkward at best as we didn't know what to do with it.
Overall, would I stay here again if I was on a tight budget and didn't need too much space. A good experience.
Owner's Response: Thanks for staying with us! The house is optimally set up for the way that we use it, and our kids usually sleep downstairs on the sofa beds. 6 adults (particularly if not all couples) are truly the maximum number of people that the house accomodates.
