5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, expansive common areas, sleeps 14

Our condo is uniquely large and well appointed for an Ocean City property so close to the beach. The large open areas and balconies are awesome for a large family or a two or even three family group. The roof top pool is a huge plus and it has great views and is just down the hall from the door to our condo. We have a flat screen HDTV in the main family room and there is a second family room downstairs both with HBO where a Wii or other games can be set up to allow the kids and adults to have their own activities if desired. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD and two have VCRs and the street is very quiet. We also allow access to our owner's storage area on the second floor where you can access and use our chairs and beach toys. This listing is new and will have limited reviews at first. Sorry we are not permitted to rent to post grad, high school or college groups.

Beautiful two story condo with a rooftop pool and wonderful beach views. Very close to Ocean City's largest park-Northside Park and also within walking distance of a number of bars and restaurants including the Crabcake Factory, Greene Turtle, Hooters, Blue Ox and the Carousel Hotel. Beach is uncrowded as there are no high rise buildings near by and the street the condo is on is very quiet and a half block from the beach. We have two wrap around balconies totalling 880 square feet with southern and eastern views which provide both great beach and bay views and afternoon sun in the large common areas. Perfect for a large multi family weekly or week end rental or a long week end golf group. Sorry our building does not permit post grad or student groups.

Other Activities: Surf fishing, kite flying, amusement and water parks, large park near by.

Notes

  • $1,500 to $5,200 per week
  • Week end or long week end rentals vary time of year so please e mail inquiries with rates. We rent only full weeks from early June to early September. Prime rate is $5,100 from late June to mid August and decreases in early June and the last week of August and September. Weekly rentals usually fully book prior to the end of the previous calendar year. Off season week end rates incldude complimentary early check in and late check out. All rates are exclusive of 10.5% in state and county taxes and a fully refundable $300 security deposit.

I was very happy with the owners willingness to work with me. The girls were able to go down and extra day early. We were so happy upon arrival. The unit was very clean and beautifully furnished. The views were breath taking. There is enough room on the 2 balconies for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped. When you wanted a little privacy it was not hard to get away. The beach is not far to walk and the beach chairs in the storage unit were a big plus. I would recommend this unit to anyone. The elevator made it easier for us older people.
