Wilton Bungalows is a great new property in the Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors area. The property is a 2 bedroom/2 bath home that has it's own totally fenced private backyard with deck and gardens. Perfect for your family and friends. You can even bring your dog.

As with all of my properties in Florida and Mexico, you get first class accommodations at fair rates. Every property is well maintained and professionally designed for your comfort.

Wilton Bungalows has two bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms. You can rent the property as a two bedroom, two bath or as a one bedroom, one bath. In both cases you have access to your own private yard, deck and gardens.

If you are looking for a special place to call home for a week or a month, Wilton Bungalows is the place for you.

As with all of my homes, you have a complete kitchen, 100% cotton percale sheets, fresh white towels, and everything else you need. The homes are completely furnished so that it really feels like a home, not just a rental property. My reviews speak for themselves.

About Jeffery Hill

My name is Jeffery Hill. I have been doing vacation rentals for over 13 years. I started with my first property, Casa Hortencias, in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I now own four places in Vallarta and rent about 18 for neighbors and friends. In Fort Lauderdale, I've had two homes that I've been renting for the past 7 years or so.

My goal is to provide great properties and great service. First class accommodations at fair rates.

Why Jeffery Hill chose Fort Lauderdale

Business is booming for me in Puerto Vallarta and also here in Fort Lauderdale. Over the past couple of years, I've found that the two properties are always booked and I'm constantly turning away potential renters.

So in early 2012 my business partner and I decided it was time to offer more options. We purchased two duplexes which now gives us 4 more homes to offer to our guests.

Each half of the duplex is totally separate and has it's own private fenced yard. Nothing is shared. So you have you own home and yard for your vacation.

The location is perfect in the heart of Fort Laudedale in the neighborhood of Wilton Manors. Walk to many things and take short drives to everything else in the Fort Laudedale area.

What makes this house unique

It's not a condo. It's not a hotel. It's a real home. It's all yours. Parking right outside your door. Step out your back door into your own private yard and enjoy the sunshine. Have dinner on your own private deck. That's what a real vacation feels like.

If you are looking for a great vacation to relax and get some sunshine this is the place. Wilton Bungalows is only about 15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Located in Wilton Manors, a quiet neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, you are in a great location to explore all of lauderdale.

Drive over to the beach in a matter of minutes and enjoy the day. All up and down A1A along the beach you will find fun restaurants and bars. Head 5 minutes South on Wilton Drive and you are on Las Olas, a great place to hang out at night, people watch, have a drink and dinner and then stroll the streets for some shopping.

If you feel like staying close to home there are many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops just around the corner within 7 blocks or so.

You will feel safe walking around the area day and night. It's a great community.
