I am a Swedish American businessman. I fell in love with Dakar when I first visited, about 5 years ago. When I got the rare opportunity to buy prime land in Ngor I decided to build a home where I can retire in the future. Meanwhile I will rent it and I will spend time with my friends and family whenever we like to be in West Africa, for leisure or for business.

We took environment very much in consideration during construction. We used appliances that fulfill the highest US environmental standard 2012, solar heated warm water and low energy light bulbs. We air conditioned only the 2 living rooms and the master suite (fans and the refreshing breeze from the ocean will take care of the rest). And we installed the latest/cleanest version of generator, military grade, for reliability.
