The spacious house is designed with 3 King Suites, 1 Queen suite, 2 Twin sets, 2 bunk twin/twin beds, 1 Queen sofa bed and 6 Full bathrooms. It can comfortably sleep up to 18 people and is ideal for 3 to 4 families’ reunion.
There are over-sized swimming pool, a separate spa all with green belt view, ensuring a peaceful rest at night for your party of any age. There are 2 doors to access the pool area with a dedicated full pool bath. The private pool is heated on demand. The screened-in covered porch is furnished with patio furniture and lounge chairs to provide enough sitting for all your party. The covered lanai provides sun shade and breeze during hot summer days. There is also removable child safety pool fence. The game room is furnished with TV, pool, air hockey and foosball tables. The home theater has large screen LED TV, game console and leather sofas with pullout queen bed. For families with little ones, we are also equipped with crib, stroller and high-chair.
