About Dave

I have lived and worked in the Austin area for the past 30 years and am proud to call it home. My family and I love all that Austin has to offer- so many outdoor activities- hike and bike trails, the lake, the greenbelt, live music everywhere, and events for everyone- there is always so much going on. I also love the laid-back energetic Austin mind-set.

This home is a wonderful place for my active family and we really enjoy being able to have our own, private retreat in the hill country while still being close to downtown.

What makes this house unique

We love to spend time enjoying the view from the pool. When it is chilly, sitting out back around the fireplace is where we like to be. Our home is also a great place for entertaining, there is so much space and with the gourmet kitchen and game room, there is something for everyone.

Expansive views of the hill country and lake Austin. Backs to greenbelt. Close to downtown.
