Charming 1500 sq. ft. home, tastefully furnished, with bright light rooms in a residential neighborhood available for your vacation needs. Home is located close to the Tampa Bay Rays stadium and moments from world famous fishing, golfing, and white sand Gulf beaches.This home features an open floor plan, split bedrooms with a huge master suite and bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The two guest rooms offer a queen bed, while the other offers a full and twin bunk bed arrangement. Room enough for 6! The open bright airy kitchen is arranged for entertaining, and enjoying time with family and friends. The beautiful deck spans almost the entire back of the house. One small pet allowed with nonrefundable deposit.

About Gene & Bessie

My name is Gene and my wife Bessie are from New England, USA. In the winter, it gets mighty cold. We bought this home in North Port Florida to have it as a getaway for ourselves, family and friends. Sometime down the road we want to retire here, where just about every day, the sun is shining.

Why Gene & Bessie chose North Port

We fell in love with this area of Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast. It contains a constellation of enticing coastal gems. Stunning beaches, including Englewood, Siesta Key, Ft. Myers Beach, Clearwater and Sarasota Beaches. They fringe the Gulf in our area. Sanibel Island's shelling attracts thousands. Cape Corals waters are paradise for fly fishing. Golfers adore spectacular courses in Marco Island and Naples. Glorious sunny days and deliciously warm turquoise waters beckon in this often overlooked corner of the Sunshine State.
