Luxuriously equipped beachfront home, built in 2008 with the finest natural materials, soaring ceilings, double height windows, and multiple french doors onto 700 sq. ft. of deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Tastefully finished with Williams Switzer furnishings and Italian bedlinens, high end appliances, gas barbecue and stove, subzero refrigerator and bar fridge. Hot tub off the MBR, granite fireplace, exquisite sound system, flat screen TV's and a superbly appointed kitchen in open living dining concept are all beach accessible. A secure garage, with vespa, canoe (with moter) and camping equipment make adventure along the coast readily available. The property is 3 km from Sechlet and 25 minutes from the Langdale Ferry Terminal and a 40 minute ferry ride from Vancouver. A quiet serene setting with cruise ships passing to Alaska, local working boats and an undisturbed natural setting for wildlife with miles of walking beach right at your door. Full laundry facilities on-site.

The Villa is green and has geothermal heating and cooling. Green technology was used in its construction, and efforts are in place to create a natural setting, with wildflowers and water resistant plantings, including the flat roof areas.

The kitchen is full equipped with a nespresso machine, acappachino/coffee maker, dishwashiner microwave, gas cooktop and oven, along with a fully equipped kitchen for a variety of styles of entertaining.
