Buena Ventura Lakes is a lovely, secluded neighborhood in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a formal living and dining room as well as spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, cable TV, and vcr player to enjoy your favorite movie. The family room has patio doors that open directly onto the pool deck. The pool has an extra large screen enclosure and lot's of dining and lounging furniture. There is WI-FI in the home so that you can even be on the computer while sitting in front of the pool

The family room is open to the spacious dining nook and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table seats six and the nook seats another 6. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a stove/oven, fridge and microwave.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a TV, and a private en-suite bath. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has two twin beds. These bedrooms share the hall bath with tub and shower. There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads!

Disney is 12 miles away! Universal is 17 miles and Sea world is 12 miles away.

Orlando International airport is an easy 9 mile drive away. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

The pool looks out onto a lovely pond full of birds!

Fees And Taxes Cleaning charge ($95), Processing fee (4%), Sales and Tourist taxes (13%) and Accidental Damage Insurance are added to each stay.
Optional travel cancellation insurance is also available for an additional charge.
The week before Easter and the week after Easter are also at Peak Rate.
The week of Thanksgiving and the week after Thanksgiving are at Mid season rates
