This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath lake view townhouse is in a private gated community; just 3 miles from Disney World. This Mediterranean-style resort boasts a concierge service, a restaurant, a pool side bar, two heated pools, a hot tub, a playground, an exercise facility, a cyber cafe and a games room.

Encantada Resort is the perfect location; situated on the south side of US192, just west of Disney. It is within close proximity to shops and restaurants: 30 minutes from the Orlando airport and 60 minutes to either coast.

This superb 3 bedroom townhouse is newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, flat screened TVs in all bedrooms and living areas, free WiFi and free local calling. This villa is outstanding., with great views and amenities ! The villa was spotless when we arrived and the onsite management team were first class , friendly and efficient !
It has everything you need for a great vacation and I would recommend it to anyone , especially with kids, as it is very safe and secure !
The clubhouse on the complex also has everything you would need for R+R...

Wonderful 2 Story 3 bdrm villa!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Everything was so lovely and it fit all of our needs. It was a wonderful 2-story villa with 3 bedrooms upstairs with a pull out sofa in the living area.

The pool was the perfect size for our preschool age kids and we had a great time after the parks. We never even made it over to the resort pool because ours had everything we needed. A full washer dryer set made our packing light and the kitchen was fully stocked with a dishwasher. It also had 4 different flat-screen TVs.

Disney World was only about 15 minutes with only one turn-off to get to. In addition, the location was very easy to get to from the Orlando-Sanford airport using our GPS.

It was also at a very quiet resort with a beautiful setting. I also liked the secure gate and that there was a secure key code for entry. We felt very safe the whole time on the property. We

Our host was very helpful and easy to work with. Our payment processing was quickly (since we booked less than 30 days out). We felt the value was very good and if we are every able to afford Disney World again :) We will be back!

Fantastic Villa Great Location

We had stayed at Encantada before but this villa was the nicest we have been in . The new owners had just updated this villa with new granite countertops, new t.v.s.,harwood flooring in the bedrooms and new furniture. We felt like we had just walked into a new home. We travelled with our two children 6 & 10 and they loved the two themed bedrooms one was toy story and my oldest enjoyed the Harry Potter room.
My wife and I will miss waking up in the morning and enjoying the gorgeous
lake view from the master bedroom.It was nice having the private pool to refresh ourselves. The resort it self was quite beautiful . We spent one day at the clubhouse pools and spas and enjoyed the amenities. The resort also offered programs for the kids which was nice. Location to Disney was perfect and their were plenty of restaurants nearby The check in was very smooth with the key less entry system and we felt safe staying in a gated community.
Our family would highly recommend this villa to anybody travelling to Disney.
