Perched on a small cliff on the Atlantic side of Vieques, Casa di Mare offer spectacular views of the North Coast of Vieques, the Main Island of Puerto Rico, towards El Yunque National Forest and on a clear day, the neighboring island of Culebra.

Located in the very desirable Bravos de Boston Neighborhood, this Vacation Villa is within walking distance of the Ferry Station and the Main Town of Isabel Segunda, with its Restaurants, Shops and Cultural and Historical Landmarks.

Casa di Mare is designed for the Tropical Caribbean Lifestyle. Lounge in the villa’s extended covered patio and watch the Fishermen on their boats go by as you enjoy your favorite cocktail or beverage. A short walk down the hill will take you to the path leading to the beach below.

Fall asleep to the subtle sounds of the Atlantic Ocean crashing at your feet while the cooling Caribbean Tradewinds blow by.
About Philip

I am from the Bronx and was doing tile work with an interest in plant morphology. I decided to get out of the hustle and bustle environment and move to a place where I could surf, look at the waves and the sunset every day, and just be quiet, cultivating my own environment and standard of living. I live in paradise!

We have beach access on the property and the beach is quite private. There is also an outdoor shower and a huge patio with a grill and a wide open view of the green Caribbean ocean, waves, Puerto Rico and surrounding islands.

$120 per night is a basic rental for one room with owners of the property on the premises. $328 is our standard rate per night for occupancy up to 8 residents for the entire villa. Rental during high season and holidays are $450 per night.

Cancellation Policy

The Place to Stay in Isabel II!!!

This villa is absolutely perfect. The view is out of this world. The pictures do not do it justice. Philip and Regina were amazing hosts and our room was comfortable and well air conditioned. My husband and I stayed there just two days and one night as we were in Vieques. We did the bioluminescent tour that night (which was great). My only regret is that we did not book an extra night so that we could hang out on the villa patio and enjoy the amazing property and view and sunset over the clear water. I can't advocate strong enough for this villa!! I will stay here again next time we return to Vieques. I would also recommend this villa for a group based on both the great outdoor and indoor spaces and the super chill and informative hosts. The property was clean and beautifully gardened and the view of the Caribbean was just unmatched. Highly, highly recommend.
